Our Story
In the summer of 1996, with over 10 years of marketing experience, I started the Marketing Edge. The arrival of our first daughter Rachael along with the encouragement of my husband Ed motivated me to become an entrepreneur.

I come from a lifeline of successful entrepreneurs so I think it's in my blood. Although my family's small restaurant business is different from managing a marketing agency, the fundamentals of "taking care of customers" is common. My parents taught me to "deliver more than they expect and they'll come back."

Within two years, my business quickly grew and so did our family. To accommodate our growth and to incorporate, the business name changed to Marakae Marketing, Inc.  Marakae© is a combination of the first syllables in Maria, Rachael and Kailey.

Our services are diverse and can meet the needs of a small, growing business up to a multi billion dollar corporation. The depth of our experience produces results. Satisfied clients, referrals and blessings from above have helped my company grow.
